Yoga Classes

We have an incredibly knowledgeable group of teachers waiting for you! You will be met on your mat and fully supported where you are, at your level of ability.

What you need to know for class:

  • Registration & reservations are required for all classes
  • Lockers are available, bring a lock or purchase one of ours for $4
  • Arrive 10 minutes early
  • We are cashless, payment accepted via credit/debit cards only
  • Please turn your phone to silent and leave in your locker or anywhere outside the yoga studio.
  • You have up to 2 hours before the start of class to cancel your reservation. If you no-show, you will be charged $15 for the class.

Please bring your own:

  • mat (available for purchase)
  • towels (available for purchase for $2)
  • water bottle
  • props (blocks & straps provided or for purchase, bolsters available only for purchase)

    Flow HOT

    Together we will sweat, move, breathe & tap into our fullest potential in this heated vinyasa flow class. Expect a balanced, smart sequence that is driven by a rad playlist, which propels you to bend, twist, balance and tremble before you rest in savasana.

    Mixed-Level FLOW

    This class welcomes students of all levels to practice a strong but fun vinyasa or flow sequence. We will start with a brief warm up and make our way through a good mix of forward folds, back bends, twists, balancing poses and maybe an inversion or two if that’s where the sequence takes us that day. We will finish with a cool down and sweet savasana.

    ALIGNED Flow

    In this flow class we will take time to set up each pose as we make our way through the practice. We will focus on the alignment details in each pose that gives us a connection to our foundation and more strength and flexibility in our bodies over time, which is where the magic happens.

    YIN Yoga

    This Yin class compliments the more vigorous activities in life such as vinyasa yoga, running, cycling, hiking & all things active or inactive. Yin is a quiet, meditative practice with long, deep holds of passive postures. We teach you to mindfully relax muscle, which targets the connective tissue, nourishing your joints and works your ligaments and fascia. This practice is encouraged for all levels.

    Gentle FUNCTIONAL Yoga

    Functional Yoga merges the ancient wisdom of yoga with modern principles of anatomy and movement. This class goes beyond the traditional yoga practice, as we pay special attention to the individual’s body mechanics, tailoring yoga postures to suit each person. This class promotes balance, strength, flexibility, and overall mobility. Fredrick will guide you through each pose, offering modifications and adjustments to ensure that the practice is accessible and beneficial for all levels. He will help you understand the function and purpose of each movement, deepening your awareness and connection with your body. This class is not just about the poses you can do; it’s about making the poses work for you.

    YIN + Nidra

    60 mins of Yin, followed by 15 mins of Nidra. 1st, a full Yin practice, followed by Nidra. Nidra is often referred to as “yogic sleep,” a paradoxical state of being between sleep and consciousness that’s conducive to deep emotional and physical healing, rewiring your brain, and self-exploration. Get into a comfy supine position and we will guide you into a completely relaxed state.

    SLOW Flow Express

    Slow down your vinyasa practice to delve deeper into the muscular system by holding poses longer. Plan to find a little discomfort, a healthy edge in your physical body and solace in your breath.

    Karma Yoga

    The Bhagavad Gita teaches us that “Karma Yoga” is a path of selfless service, compassion and kindness. We believe it is important to give back to the community and create opportunities for those that may not have the financial means to take a yoga class. This class welcomes those who enjoy a slow paced, gentle class. Whether you are new to yoga, or an experienced practitioner, this class will help you unwind, release stress and invites a sense of community.

    Fitness Classes

    Not too HOT Pilates

    Take your Pilates practice to the next level! We will focus on our Powerhouse, Pilates Style Breathing + alignment during this fun class. Your heart rate will rise with a series of quick, functional movements. Bring it back down and focus on your core and breath work. Set to up-beat music, this low impact class will leave you feeling amazing! Bring your Yoga mat, we’ll supply the Pilates Ring and other fun equipment!

    STRONG in 45

    Target each and every muscle group with this total body strength focused circuit. Keep your heart rate up while moving station to station. Take this low impact class at your own pace and leave feeling a fabulous muscle burn and natural burst of energy for the day!

    TUCK-it! Barre

    Performed at a traditional ballet barre, we will work through the most effective barre exercises, isometric holds and your own bodyweight. This total body workout will leave you energized and ready to go for gold!

    Greatest HIITs

    This high intensity, interval training class consists of bursts of work followed by a brief active recovery period. It will improve your cardiovascular endurance, athleticism and build strength. This is an efficient & effective workout that is appropriate for most fitness levels.

    Yoga SCULPT

    The best of both worlds, Yoga Sculpt is a mix of cardio and yoga with added weight *as you choose* to sculpt and tone your muscles even more. You’ll raise and lower your heart rate throughout to ensure an efficient and optimal workout and finish it out with Savasana.

    Dance JAM

    Picture this: simplified Grammy’s back-up dancing.

    This class is COOL—a one-of-a-kind dance workout for everyone who wants to get down and leave fired up. Shake, smile, and sweat your way to a healthier you!

    You’ll enjoy a mix of genres of upbeat music with easy-to-follow dance moves that perk you up, make you sweat, and affect your body and your spirit. You’ll hardly notice how hard you’re working because you’ll be having so much fun!

    No dance skills required, just bring an open heart and sense of fun. Things to bring/wear: Water, small towel, cross trainers (please wear street shoes to class and change into clean trainers inside to keep gravel/moisture away from the yoga floors)
